RattleSnake Member Trevor Corner Wins Omnium ECPT Open

Congratulations to Trevor Corner on his first Professional win! Trevor has been a member at RattleSnake Point since 2016 , starting as a junior member and developing his game into an excellent player. Trevor turned professional this season and was able to win his first professional tournament on the East Coast Pro Tour on August 10-11 held at the Blue Course at Club de Golf Saint-Raphael just outside of Montreal.
After shooting a first round 68, Trevor teed it up in the second round tied for 3rd in the second to last group. Trevor finished with birdies on 17 & 18 for a 67 and a two day total of 9 under par, good enough to get him into a playoff. Trevor made par to win in the playoff. His win not only was validation for all the hard work he has but in but also earned him a Soonma scooter from the event sponsor.
“This is a great step toward my goal of playing on the PGA Tour. The rest of the season will be very busy with a mix of events in Ontario and Quebec (including next week’s Canada Life Series event at TPC Toronto run by the Mackenzie Tour). I am planning to play PGA Tour Canada Qualifying School next spring and Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying School next fall which will be my main opportunities to gain status on a PGA Tour-sanctioned tour in the next year.” - Trevor Corner
